What to write to us about

• Something looks wrong. If a clue, stat line or box score seems incorrect, tell us the game, the team, the date and what you saw. We can’t always fix gaps in the underlying stats, but we’ll look into it.
• A bug or a problem playing. Tell us what you were doing, what happened and what device and browser you were using.
• Account help or deletion. Write from the email address on your account and include your username. We’ll delete your account, profile and saved scores and aim to finish within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.
• Ideas and feedback. New games, new features or things you’d like to see changed.
• Press or business. Anything else.

Please don’t send passwords, and don’t email us asking for puzzle answers. Looking for the rules instead? See how to play.
